You can't Out-train a Bad Diet

So many people struggle with dieting and what to eat when trying to lose weight. Inevitably, there are some people who decide that they can get to their goals if they eat whatever they want and simply work out five days a week.


I'm here to tell you that doesn't work. If you continue down this road, you will notice that a month, two months or three months later, you have not gotten any results. And in fact, you may notice that you are still gaining weight.

When this happens, people either get discouraged and stop, or they start a crash diet hoping to get quick results. But the best way to get to your goals is to keep diet of whole foods.
