If you are not consistent, it’s not going to happen! One thing I have noticed in my 12 years in the industry is that people are very inconsistent with their fitness goals. Being healthy is a process, and most individuals try to take on too many things at one time.
Consistency is Key

Proper nutrition, exercise and getting to the gym can be overwhelming for some people, and cause them to shut down before they even get started. My advice? If you are a novice to living a healthy lifestyle, take it one step at a time.
A Simple, Step-by-Step Plan for Fitness
1) make some simple healthy adjustments to your diet, and be consistent with that
2) try to go to the gym 2-3 times a week consistently for 1-3 months
3) Set a small weight loss goal( 5- 10 pounds a month.
Simple is better, remember you are not trying to be a pro athlete, you just want to be healthy.
